At eshop.anu-fos.gr we offer a variety of delivery options:

Delivery via Courier Service

Our partner courier companies will deliver to you whether you're at home or at work! You can also pick up your order from one of the courier company branches we work with.

Shipments are made daily, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Greece (Domestic)
• Standard delivery: €10 — free for orders of €200 and above — 5–8 business days
• Express delivery: €15 — free for orders of €200 and above — 1–2 business days

Europe
• Standard delivery: €10 — free for orders of €200 and above — 5–8 business days
• Express delivery: €20 — free for orders of €200 and above — 3–5 business days

Rest of World
• Standard delivery: €15 — free for orders of €200 and above — 8–15 business days
• Express delivery: €25 — 3–5 business days

Payment Policy

At eshop.anu-fos.gr, you can pay using the following methods:

1. Payment by Credit / Debit Card

Payment is available via credit, debit, and prepaid cards from Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro, through the secure environment of VIVA Bank. For online purchases prepaid by credit card, up to 6 interest-free installments are available for all orders with a total product value of €60 and above. For orders of €60 and above: up to 2 interest-free installments are available; for orders of €90 and above: up to 3 interest-free installments; for orders of €180 and above: up to 6 interest-free installments.

3. Payment via E-Banking (Bank Transfer)

Easily, quickly, and securely, you can complete your transactions via bank transfer.

Depending on the value of your order, you deposit the total amount into our company's bank account, and we then ship you the products.

The depositor's name and order number must be stated on the deposit receipt as the payment reference.

5. Redeeming Store Credit

You can use the store credit code you received following a product return. This code can be used on your next order at eshop.anu-fos.gr.

• It can be used only once, within six months of the return
• It cannot be combined with other store credits
• It must be used in full on a single order of equal or greater value than the store credit itself.

Card details are never stored anywhere and cannot be reused.
